Throughout his education, Dr. Garrett studied biochemistry, anatomy, human physiology, and diagnostics, with a significant focus on chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in Life-West’s public clinic. After completing his studies, he relocated to Arizona to establish his practice in the Phoenix metro area, where he has helped countless individuals achieve pain relief and long-term wellness.
